Coinciding with the 70th anniversary happening all this year, Jimboy's Tacos invites you to a fun taco eating contest on Sacramento Jimboy's Taco Day – Wednesday, 9/25 at 2:30 p.m. – at the Jimboy's Taco location in Folsom.

Competitors include KCRA's Tamara Berg, ABC10's Mark S. Allen, Good Day Sac's Big Al, social influencer Patrick Harbison plus the Jimboy's CEO Erik Freeman.
